Replacement Request
Wrong or Damaged Product
Use this if the product arrived damaged, something is missing from your delivery, or you received the wrong part.
⏰ Report within 3 days of delivery
We know 3 days feels tight — here's why it matters. Every courier we work with (DHL, FedEx, UPS, DPD) enforces their own strict damage claim deadlines, typically between 3 and 7 days after delivery. Once that window closes, carriers can reject the claim outright. Reporting quickly means we can still act on your behalf.

Right of Withdrawal
Changed Your Mind
Use this if you wish to return a product you no longer need within the allowed period.
⏰ Notify us within 14 days of delivery
All our sales are intended for professional use and are final upon acceptance of our general conditions. Where the right of withdrawal applies, we're happy to process your return. Just let us know in time.

    Make sure the product is unused, uninstalled, and in its original sealed packaging with all parts present.

    Pack securely in the original box and ship at your own expense using the Return & Shipping Form.

    We inspect and arrange your refund as quickly as possible once the return arrives.

    Refund processed within 7 days of the credit invoice, once inspection is complete.

  • A 10% administrative fee may apply to the returned order value
  • Transport costs are non-refundable in all cases
  • Specially ordered parts, discounted products, electronic components, and unsealed items cannot be returned

Warranty Claim
Product Not Working
Use this if a product has failed or is not functioning correctly after installation.
There is no fixed warranty period unless specifically agreed in writing or you purchased an ABC Secure Package with your order.

ABC Secure Package — Optional Extended Coverage

Want peace of mind from the moment you order? The ABC Secure Package must be added at checkout at the time of your original order and cannot be added afterwards.

  • Covered: Manufacturing or remanufacturing defects — one replacement per unit for the full coverage period.
  • Not covered: incorrect installation, fluid contamination, non-certified oils, electrical faults, physical damage, normal wear, or any labour and garage costs.
