What is a core exchange?
When you order certain parts — such as hydraulic units, valve blocks, or pumps — a refundable core deposit is added to your order. This deposit is returned to you in full once you send back your used core unit. The used core unit is then refurbished or recycled, allowing us to keep rare components available at fair prices.
Step-by-step process

Place your order
Complete your purchase as normal. The core deposit is automatically added to your total and clearly shown on your invoice as a separate line item.

Receive your exchange part
Your exchange part ships immediately. A return form is included in the box — also sent to your email address and available to download on our website.

Fit the exchange part
Install the exchange part in your vehicle. Keep the original packaging — it is ideal for safely returning the used core unit.

Prepare the used core unit
Drain all fluids, seal all open connections, and pack the used core unit securely. Complete the return form and place it inside the package.

Ship it back to us
Send the used core unit using a tracked courier — DPD, FedEx, or UPS are recommended. The return must arrive within 6 months of your purchase date.

Receive your deposit refund
We inspect the used core unit and process your deposit refund within 7–14 days upon approval notification. You will receive an email confirmation when your package arrives.
